Dr. Russ Harrell
Dr. Russ Harrell is a praticing obstertrician gynecologist. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Amerian College of Obstetricians and Gynecology (FACOG). He is the Vice Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at Community Medical Center and the chairman of Quality for the Dept. Dr. Russ Harrell has also been electeted to the board of trustees of the hospital for Community Medical Center in Toms River,NJ and a member of the executive committee of the Community Medical Center.
In his pratice, Dr. Harrell treats patients on a daily basis with problems such as pregnany, PMS, sexual dysfuntion, irregular-bleeding, infertility, menopause, osteoporosis, and pelvic pain. His practice is also involved in clinical trials.
Dr. Harrell is a founding member of the Bladder Center of New Jersey, treating women with problems such as incontinence, overactive bladder, bladder pain and plevic organ prolapse.
Dr. Harrell is also Board Certified in Quality Assurance and Utilization Review and is a onsultant for the Peer Review Organization of New Jersey; where he reviews cases for medical are quality. Dr. Harrell is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, the AMerican Society of Laparos Copists. Dr. Harrell completed his medical training at the University Automoma de Gaudalajara and the University of Maryland. He completed his internship and residency at Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio.
